Vintage Wenger S.A.K. Design Watch - Ref 092.0638 - Pre-Victorinox Gem!
Genuine 1997–2005 independent Wenger piece with original "Wenger S.A.K. Design" dial branding. Before Victorinox's 2005 buyout, these had a cooler, less mass-produced feel. Post-merger, the unique S.A.K. Design branding vanished for generic "Swiss Military" models making true pre-acquisition watches rarer and more collectible.
Swiss movement, 38mm brushed stainless steel case, white 24-hour military dial with bold black numerals, red seconds hand, photoluminescent lume dots on indices/hands, electroluminescent backlight floods full dial with teal glow via 2 o'clock pusher (works perfectly), mineral crystal, "Since 1893" caseback.
Excellent condition: clear crystal, strong bright lume, powerful even EL, great timekeeping. Fitted with vibrant red single-pass NATO strap for rugged style.
