Two small vintage Chinese blue and white dragon rice eye platters. They have a kaishu marks. They were hand-painted with a five claw dragon motif and decorated with waves and bats. The rice eyes surrounds the dragon. If you hold the platters up to the light you can see the translucent rice eyes. They measure 8 inches long and 5 7/8 inches wide. They are in perfect condition no cracks no breaks no scratches. The dates vary. The kaishu mark dates these 1980 to present. The light blue coloring date these to WW2 because during the war there was a shortage of cobalt.
