Black velvet high waist elastic skirt with front slit. Fits straight through the body, with a stretch fabric, has a dramatic front slit, and slight paneling to form a small train at the back. 90% polyester, 10% spandex. Dry clean only. Made in USA. Size medium, measures 14" across waist, 18" across hips, 42" long from waist to hem, 25.5" slit in front. A gorgeous minimalist glam preppy piece. Perfect for a holiday party or winter look.
