1965 Vintage Michigan St State Spartans College University Pennant 12x29.
I believe its 1965, thats the only year I can find Michigan State going to the Rose bowl and being big 10 champs.
This is also a rare Picture Pennant, where you could put either a team picture or an individual players picture in the cut out and show you personalized support. I have seen very few picture pennants.
Pennant does have some on it, as well as places where the silk screening is wore off. Not uncommon for a piece of this age. There is fading in areas of the pennant. No holes in the corners to where push pins would have hung it on a wall.
